Refund and Return Policy – ​​Wanomod

At Wanomod , we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If this is not the case, we accept returns and refund requests subject to the conditions detailed below.

1. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

In accordance with current legislation, you have 14 days after receiving your order to change your mind and return the product to us, without having to provide a reason.

2. Return conditions

For an item to be eligible for return, it must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it (new).

  • The item must not have been worn, used or washed.

  • The item must be in its original packaging, with all its labels intact.

Exceptions: Personalized items, hygiene products (underwear, earrings) or sale items may not be eligible for return (except in case of defect).

3. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email request to wanomood.contact@gmail.com specifying your order number and the item concerned.

  2. Once your request has been validated, we will send you the return address.

  3. Pack the item carefully to avoid any damage during transport.

Note: Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the product received is defective or incorrect on our part.

4. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of the item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If the return is approved: The refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days .

  • Initial shipping costs: Shipping costs paid at the time of ordering are non-refundable, except in the case of an error on our part.

5. Damaged or defective items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at wanomood.contact@gmail.com with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund (including shipping costs).

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you wish to exchange an item for the same product in a different size or color, you will need to return it for a refund and place a new order on our website.
