Once your order is validated, our team carefully prepares your package.

  • A confirmation email is sent to you as soon as your package is handed over to the carrier.

2. Shipping costs

We have chosen to simplify your shopping experience:

  • Standard Delivery: Shipping costs are free for all orders, with no minimum purchase (unless otherwise stated during special offers).

3. Delivery times

Our delivery times vary depending on the destination and stock availability:

  • Average delivery time: 5 to 10 working days after dispatch.

  • Note: These delivery times are indicative and may be slightly longer during periods of high activity (holidays, sales) or in the event of customs checks.

4. Order tracking

As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. This number allows you to track your order in real time until it reaches your home.

5. Carriers

To guarantee efficient delivery, we work with various logistics providers depending on your geographical area (La Poste, Colis Privé, YunExpress, etc.). The carrier is automatically selected to ensure the best possible service.

6. Delivery problems

  • Damaged package: If your package arrives in poor condition, please contact us within 48 hours at wanomood.contact@gmail.com with photos of the damage.

  • Package not received: If the tracking indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, we invite you to check with your neighbors or your post office before contacting us to open an investigation.

7. Delivery address and errors

It is the customer's responsibility to verify the accuracy of the address provided. Wanomood cannot be held liable for any delivery failure due to an incomplete or incorrect address. In the event of a package being returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for the reshipping costs.

8. Customs and Taxes

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country's legislation. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
