General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use (GTC/GTU) – Wanomod

Article 1 - Scope

These general terms and conditions of sale and use (hereinafter the "GTC") apply to all sales of products concluded between the company Wanomood (hereinafter the "Seller") and any natural or legal person (hereinafter the "Customer") via the Wanomood website.

Article 3 - Products

The Seller offers for sale items whose essential characteristics and prices are detailed on the Website. The Seller undertakes to present the products as accurately as possible. However, minor variations may exist.

Article 4 - Price

Prices are shown in euros (€) inclusive of all taxes (VAT). The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time, but products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time the order is validated. Delivery charges are specified during the order process.

Article 5 - Ordering and Payment

The customer places their order online. The order is final after payment confirmation. Payment is due immediately. Payments are made using the secure payment methods offered on the website (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

Article 6 - Delivery

The products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer when placing the order.

• Delivery times: Delivery times are indicated as an indication at the time of validation.

• Liability: Wanomood cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier or by force majeure events (strikes, bad weather, etc.).

Article 7 - Right of Withdrawal and Returns

In accordance with the law, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons.

• Conditions: The product must be returned new, unused and in its original packaging.

• Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer, except in the case of a defective product upon receipt.

Article 8 - Legal Guarantees

The Seller is liable for defects in conformity of the goods to the contract (Legal Guarantee of Conformity) and for hidden defects, in accordance with the articles of the French Consumer Code and Civil Code.

Article 9 - Personal Data

The Seller collects the data necessary for order management. This data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy .

Article 10 - Intellectual Property

All elements of the Wanomood website (texts, images, logos, design) are the exclusive property of the Seller. Any reproduction, even partial, is strictly prohibited without prior authorization.

Article 11 - Applicable Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing an agreement, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
